Commerce Auth is a digital software service. No physical product is shipped.
2. Cancellation
You can request cancellation of renewals before the next billing date from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
3. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case for duplicate charges, failed provisioning, or documented technical blockers that prevent core service usage.
4. Non-refundable cases
Charges may not be refundable in cases such as prolonged active usage, violation of terms, or requests made after a long elapsed period from the original transaction.
5. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are typically initiated within 5-10 business days. Final credit time depends on banking and payment partner timelines.
