1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Commerce Auth provides a 14-calendar-day money-back guarantee for the first successful Commerce Auth Plugin subscription payment and the first Commerce Auth Theme purchase made by a customer.
The 14-day period starts at the successful payment time recorded by the payment gateway. A reason is optional; customers are not required to justify the request.
Commerce Auth may verify only the objective information needed to process the request:
- The requester controls the purchase email or customer account
- The payment was successfully captured
- The request was received within 14 calendar days
- The payment is the qualifying first Plugin payment or first Theme purchase
2. Exclusions And Special Payment Issues
The standard guarantee does not cover regular Plugin renewal charges after the first successful subscription payment.
The guarantee may also be unavailable when:
- The request is received after the 14-day period
- The requester cannot verify control of the purchase email or account
- The account was terminated before the request for fraud, piracy, illegal activity, spam, or deliberate platform abuse
Duplicate charges, unauthorized-payment reports, chargebacks, and rights required by applicable law are reviewed separately from the standard guarantee.
Partial refunds are exceptional support adjustments. Product access is revoked when processed refunds for a payment reach the full captured payment amount.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Plugin customers may cancel future automatic renewals at any time. Cancellation preserves access through the already-paid subscription period and does not automatically refund a completed payment.
A Plugin refund and a Razorpay subscription cancellation are separate operations. When requesting a Plugin refund, the customer should ask Commerce Auth support to cancel the subscription immediately so no future charge occurs.
4. Access After Refund
A pending full refund may temporarily suspend product and connected-service access while payment processing is incomplete.
After a full refund is processed, the related purchase, license, installations, downloads, Plugin tenant, and connected backend access are revoked.
If a refund fails, a suspension created only for that pending refund is removed when the license is otherwise valid.
A later purchase after a completed refund receives a new license. A cancelled subscription without a refund may renew the existing license after expiry.
5. Expired Subscriptions
After a Plugin subscription expires:
- Connected services may stop functioning
- Automation workflows may pause
- Backend infrastructure access may be restricted
- License validation may fail
6. Billing Cycle Changes
Billing cycles can be changed during subscription renewal after the current active plan expires.
7. Processing Time
Commerce Auth submits approved refunds through the original payment gateway. A refund may remain pending before it is processed or failed, and the customer's bank or payment method controls when the credit becomes visible.
8. How To Request A Refund
Email Commerce Auth from the purchase email address and include the product name plus the Razorpay payment or order reference. A refund reason is optional.
Never send card details, OTPs, passwords, or banking credentials.
