Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Commerce Auth platform, plugin, dashboard, backend infrastructure, and related services. By purchasing, installing, activating, or using Commerce Auth, you agree to these terms.

1. License Usage

Each Commerce Auth license is valid for one live production domain unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The license may not be:

  • Resold
  • Shared publicly
  • Distributed illegally
  • Used across unauthorized domains
  • Reverse engineered
  • Repackaged or redistributed

Commerce Auth reserves the right to suspend or terminate licenses involved in abuse, fraud, piracy, or unauthorized distribution.

2. Subscription Services

Commerce Auth operates as a subscription-based platform.

Certain features depend on active backend infrastructure including:

  • OTP delivery systems
  • WhatsApp automation
  • Recovery workflows
  • Tracking services
  • Connected APIs
  • License validation

If a subscription expires, connected services may stop functioning partially or completely.

3. WhatsApp Usage Disclaimer

Commerce Auth is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to WhatsApp or Meta Platforms.

Commerce Auth provides automation tooling that interacts with WhatsApp-based workflows.

Store owners acknowledge and accept that:

  • WhatsApp policies may change at any time
  • Message delivery reliability may vary
  • Session stability may vary
  • Rate limits may apply
  • WhatsApp accounts may be restricted, limited, logged out, or banned
  • Multi-device behavior may change
  • Third-party dependencies may impact functionality
  • Message content is the store owner's responsibility
  • Customer consent is the store owner's responsibility
  • Communication practices must comply with WhatsApp policies
  • Spam messaging is strictly prohibited
  • Unsolicited bulk campaigns are strictly prohibited
  • Illegal communication activity is strictly prohibited
  • Fraudulent workflows are strictly prohibited
  • Abuse of messaging systems is strictly prohibited

Commerce Auth does not guarantee protection from WhatsApp restrictions, suspensions, or bans.

4. No Guarantee Of Revenue Or Conversion

Commerce Auth is designed to improve ecommerce workflows and customer experience.

However, Commerce Auth does not guarantee:

  • Increased revenue
  • Increased conversion rates
  • Customer retention improvements
  • Delivery rates
  • Business growth
  • Operational outcomes

Results may vary depending on store setup, traffic quality, customer behavior, and merchant operations.

5. Third-Party APIs & Integrations

Certain features require external services and APIs including:

  • Google APIs
  • Shiprocket APIs
  • SMS providers
  • Payment gateways
  • WhatsApp services
  • API downtime is not controlled by Commerce Auth
  • Pricing changes are not controlled by Commerce Auth
  • Rate limits are not controlled by Commerce Auth
  • Third-party restrictions are not controlled by Commerce Auth
  • API failures are not controlled by Commerce Auth
  • External outages are not controlled by Commerce Auth
  • Policy changes from providers are not controlled by Commerce Auth

Store owners are responsible for maintaining valid third-party accounts and credentials.

6. Technical Compatibility

Commerce Auth is designed for WooCommerce and commonly used WordPress environments.

However, Commerce Auth does not guarantee compatibility with:

  • Every theme
  • Every plugin
  • Custom codebases
  • Heavily modified WooCommerce installations
  • Unsupported hosting environments

Final testing before production deployment is the merchant's responsibility.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commerce Auth shall not be liable for:

  • Revenue loss
  • Business interruption
  • Customer loss
  • Data loss
  • Delivery failures
  • API downtime
  • Plugin conflicts
  • WhatsApp restrictions
  • Hosting issues
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use of Commerce Auth is entirely at the user's own risk.

8. Account Suspension

Commerce Auth reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

  • Abuse
  • Fraud
  • Illegal activity
  • Spam messaging
  • Platform misuse
  • Unauthorized automation
  • Piracy
  • Excessive infrastructure abuse

No refund obligation exists for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

9. Service Availability

Commerce Auth aims to maintain stable infrastructure but does not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Uninterrupted service
  • Instant support responses
  • Permanent feature availability

Features and infrastructure may change, evolve, or be discontinued without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All Commerce Auth branding, infrastructure, software, UI systems, backend services, documentation, and platform assets remain the intellectual property of Commerce Auth.

Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
